Returnless

Returnless supports two connection paths with Faslet:

  1. Manual API key setup in the Faslet Partner Portal.
  2. App installation started in Returnless and completed in the Faslet Partner Portal.

Manual API key setup​

This setup flow is shown on the Returnless integration page in the Faslet Partner Portal.

  1. Navigate to Returnless API Keys.

  2. Create an API key called Faslet.

  3. Copy the key.

  4. Head to the Faslet App Marketplace.

  5. Find the Returnless integration and select the add button.

  6. Paste the key into the API Key field and save the integration.

App installation​

Use this flow when the Returnless app sends the merchant to Faslet to complete installation.

  1. Head to the Returnless E-commerce connections page.

  2. Select the Add new integration button and enter details.

  3. Accept the permissions.

  4. Confirm your store on the Faslet portal.
